I don’t want to sound like Chicken Little, but we are literally bathing in a myriad of potentially toxic and harmful toxins and pollutants in our everyday lives. Many of these substances are proven to be endocrine disruptors. We touched on some of these toxins during my interview with Dr. Trasande.   1. I have resorted to taking melatonin 10 mg to help me sleep just what are these toxins I’m very interested in knowing what they are I’m haven’t had good night’s sleep in over 4 yrs . Please tell me so I can figure out what I’m using or not using
