In my recent interview with Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum, world renown expert on chronic fatigue, we talked about what to do about patients who are adequately treated for sleep apnea but still feel terrible. He's treated many of these patients successfully. He uses his SHINE protocol, which you can learn more about on vitality101.com. Take his free health assessment quiz. Stimulants will only help you so much.

As a person with Apnea and having gone through the surgeries for both deviated septum and soft pallet and tongue reduction. The blockage is gone no snoring, but the CPAP is not helping the fatigue, lack of focus and other medical items... Is the prescribing of medications like Ritalin, Addoral, Concerta, and Provigil a step in helping create a better daily experience to promote the energy needed to do an exercise program and lose weight?
