  1. I’VE HAD TROUBLE BREATHING ALL MY LIFE. MY BIGGEST DEFORMITY IS WHAT HAS BEEN REFERRED TO AS A BARREL CHEST. MY TONSILS & ADENOIDS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. A FAILED SEPTOPLASTY AS A TEENAGER, & USING EAR CARTILAGE TO WIDEN MY NOSTRILS BY A PREDATORY DOCTOR
IN MY 70s WAS ALSO A FLOP. I USE A NASALINE SYRINGE TYPE OF DEVICE TO FLUSH OUT THE MUCOUS BLOCKING THE AIRWAYS . I DO THIS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, ESPECIALLY BEFORE EXERCISING & BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP.
IT HELPS, BUT CAN’T COMPENSATE FOR BAD MORPHOLOGY. I HAD BAD ORTHODONTIC WORK DONE IN MY 20s RESULTING IN A HIGH PALATE & A REDUCED AIR CHAMBER. I HAVE PULSATILE TINNITUS WHEN MY EUSTACHIAN TUBES GET CLOGGED.

THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR PRICELESS INFORMATION. I GREW UP IN THE BRONX & NOW LIVE IN ARKANSAS, OTHERWISE I ‘D BE SEEING YOU TO FIND OUT WHAT’S THE BEST THING DO TO BREATHE FREELY FOR MY REMAINING YEARS.
