    Thank you for finding and interviewing this man.

    One thing he said just rings in my mind – “[attempting to use] using a mechanical solution to a physiological problem”.

    The CPAP I use is a splint at best. The true long term solutions will mean understanding and correcting the physiology! Nothing less.

    I am a little comforted by knowing we can now re-grow parts of severed spinal chord. But really, we have a long, long way to go.
