Many people take a respiratory depressant for their polysomnogram as they can’t tolerate the MASK [interface} for the study thereby skewing the results….i.e . a patient has an Rx of 8 for Cpap with RESMED full FACE mask

    Changed to 4 ramping 5 min to 6.8 with nasal pillows {Swift} AHI’sare 0.5 from NON COMPLIANCE….
