  1. I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR PODCASTS.

I MUST USE MY NASALINE (A SYRINGE TYPE OF ( IRRIGATER ) EVERY MORNING BEFORE EXERCISE & EVERY EVENING BEFORE SLEEP . I CAN TELL WHEN THE PASSAGES ARE CLEAR ENOUGH-NEVER 100%. I USE DISTILLED WATER ONLY AND STOPPED USING SALT FOR THE REASONS YOU MENTIONED.

    THANKS FOR ASKING
    CONRAD

  2. DOCTOR PARK

I AM 56 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN ADVISED DNS OF MY NOSE. SOMETIMES WHEN I AM AT WALK, I GET WATERY SECRETIONS IN MY NOSE. MY QUESTION IS WHETHER I SHUD GO FOR OPERATION OR I HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION LEFT. I DO FEEL SOME DIFFICULTY IN BREATHING IN WINTER SEASON AND IN CHANGING WEATHER.

    REGARDS
    MANU SINGLA

  3. I like listening to your podcasts, but find the typos and misspelt works distracting and am surprised a doctor wouldn’t catch these. See “snaking” vs “snacking” and “wishing” vs “within”.
